• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Certain products (e.g., personal care or clearance items) may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

• After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
